Corona of Cold

The caster surrounds themselves in a sphere of cold energy. A 10ft sphere of cold surrounds the caster causing any other creature in the range of the spell to make a Con save, on a failure the targets speed is reduced by half and they have disadvantage on dex ability checks, attacks and saves. Once a creature has failed it can repeat its save at the start of each turn, leaving the sphere ends the effect at the start of there next turn as long as they are no longer within range of the spell.

While the sphere persists, the target has resistance against fire damage and any non-magical flame within range is extinguished.
