Call Chaos

 Any user must have access to some sort of chaos magic to cast this spell.

A black smog appears around your hand and slowly covers a area of about 40ft around you, and who stand in the smog must make a CON saving throw DC 11 or take 1d6 poison damage. The spell itself summons a dark purple lightning bolt in the palm of it's summoner which can be easily thrown dealing 10d6 lightning damage. If an enemy succeeds in a DC 11 DEX saving throw they take half damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th or higher level, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
