A radiant streak of water surges from your outstretched finger to a location of your choice within range, blossoming into a resounding explosion. Every creature within a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 8d6 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone, or half as much damage on a successful save and isn't knocked prone.
This forceful surge of water can traverse around corners, and it has the ability to displace and push objects in its path. Additionally, any flammable objects within the area that are not being worn or carried may become drenched or extinguished.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
