A line of strong wind 60 feet long and 10 feet wide blasts from you in a direction you choose. Each creature that starts its turn in the line must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away from you in a direction following the line. Those that fail the saving throw also take 4d8 magical slashing damage, as blades of condensed wind lash at all within the wind tunnel. Creatures that make the saving throw take half damage, and are instead pushed only 5 feet away from you in a direction following the line.
If a creature within the wind tunnel is airborne, it is thrown an extra 10 feet in the same direction, and takes an additional 1d8 magical slashing damage on a failed saving throw.
The gust disperses gas or vapor, and it extinguishes candles, torches, and similar unprotected flames in the area. It causes protected flames, such as those of lanterns, to dance wildly and has a 50 percent chance to extinguish them.
This spell was a favorite of Soren Stormborn, a lost Prince of the kingdom of Daein, in the continent of Tellius. Soren fought with the Greil Mercenaries, towards a brighter, and more radiant dawn for all people - human or otherwise. In his journeys, Cameron the Clairvoyant was tutored by Soren, and was one of the few people that he called friend. Soren taught Cameron this spell as a sign of the bond they share, and to someday use it to protect his own friends.

This spell can be up-cast using higher spell slots to extend the range or width of the wind by an additional 10 feet, and to increase the damage by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 2nd.
