You call upon the mighty powers of the eagle and plane of fire to manifest a trio of talons, which burst from your knuckles and are composed of blueish flame. The fiery claws last until the spell ends. While the claws are manifested, you can use an action to attempt to slash at a creature or object within 5ft of you. You can also slash at a creature as a reaction when they provoke an opportunity attack, and you can use the claws to fling an arc of fire as an action. The claw emits bright light in a 15 foot radius and dim light for an additional 15ft.
When you slash at a creature or object with the claws, make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target suffers 4d10 fire damage.
When you fling an arc of fire, each creature in a 20ft cone is struck by the arc and must succeed on a dexterity saving throw. Each creature suffers 3d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
