Amplification Matrix

You evoke a free floating matrix of arcane energy that amplifies attacks that travel through it.  The matrix is a 1/4 inch thick and is a 5-foot by 5-foot square.  Creatures and objects are vulnerable to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from weapon and spell attacks that pass through the matrix.  If a creature would normally be resistant to the attack that passes through the matrix, it is not vulnerable to the damage, instead, the creature is simply not resistant to the attack's damage.  If a creature would be immune to the attack that passes through the matrix, it is instead resistant to the attack's damage.
