Damage/Effect

The caster bloodlets themselves, dealing sympathetic wounds to a target they can see. Location of the wound on the caster is reflected on the target, and damage severity corresponds to the criticality of the wound. For Example:

Neck, Wrist - 1d12

Forearm, Thigh - 1d8

Hand, Foot, Upper Arm - 1d6

The caster may either add their spell attack modifier to the damage dealt to the target, or subtract it from the self inflicted damage.
