Azarrabs Radiant Disc

You create 2 discs of radiant light and hurl them at targets within range. You can hurl them at one target or several.

Make a ranged spell attack for each disc. On a hit, the target takes 3d8 radiant damage and has its speed halved until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you create one additional disc for each slot level above 3rd.
