You brandish the weapon used in the spell’s casting and use the weapon as a conduit to make a ranged spell attack with it against one creature within 30 feet of you. The weapon creates an electric current firing in the direction of the target, on a hit, the target suffers 1d6 electric damage. At the casters discretion, the current may try to effect an enemy immediately adjacent to the spells target. The second creature then makes a DEX Save to try and avoid the charge, upon failure the target would then take half damage of the original target, save for no damage.
This spell’s damage increases when you reach certain levels. At 5th level, the ranged spell attack deals an extra 1d6 electric damage to the target on a hit. Rolls increase by 1d6 at 11th level and 17th level.
