Concussion

You target one creature up to 100 ft. from you. You create a loud explosion centering on that creature. The creature must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 5d10 force damage and become deafened for 1 hour. The explosion has a 30 ft. radius. Every creature within that radius takes an amount of force damage based on how far from the center it was. Any creature that is at most 15 feet away are also deafened.

1-10 ft. away - 4d10 force damage.

11-20 feet away - 3d10 force damage.

21-30 feet away - 2d10 force damage.

At Higher Levels: The damage increases by 1d10 for every spell slot level above 4th.
