Animate Ink

'Now, this is my kind of story.'

Targetting a written or painted surface within range, you cause the paint or ink, or similar substance making up the words or art to flow and shape to your will. As an action on later turns you can cause the substance to move and reshape, leaving no trace of where the writing initially was, and may do so for the spell's duration.

For example, a map could be fully rearranged to represent a different continent, or you could cause the map's features to be animated. You could also cause features on the map to fully vanish. Once the spell ends, any changes made become still and leave no signs of being altered.
