Choose a point within range. Immediately, salt water begins to pour forth, filling a 100ft cube centered on that point. The water spreads around corners but can't pass through solid surfaces, and it can't leave the 100ft area while you're concentrating on the spell. The water acts as though it is filling a 100ft cubs container that only it can interact with. If you lose concentration on this spell (willingly or not), the cube no longer contains the water. If you maintain concentration for the entire spell, you can cause the water to vanish instead.
