Bolt of Lightning

You create and hurl a bolt of lightning at the target dealing 1d6 lightning damage.  On a hit the creature must take a Survival Check.  On a Failed Survival check the target is paralyzed for 1 round.

At Higher Levels:  2d6 damage at LVL 5, 3d6 damage at LVL 8, 60 ft distance at LVL 10.
