as you hold your with all your finger blood start to come out from your hand and shapes into a randomly weapon and attack any creature (not includes allies) in 40.ft, 

condition: need to roll survival higher than 17 if not you lose 10 hit point for the next attack and take 5 damage 

 the creatures can roll Dex saving to avoid this attack 

At Higher Levels. You don’t need to roll whenever you want to attack but the attack still randomly.
