arcane recollection

taking the ruby and holding it to your eye you concentrate on the area around you and after a minute your surrounding (up to 50ft range) begin to radiate and any spell that was cast within the that area in the last 2 weeks will reveal themself to the caster. this spell shows how the reavealed spells were cast and the information for that spells but does not show any information on the caster and instead replaces the caster with a plain non-descript figure. the area of effect does not move with the caster.
