The caster reaches out in the direction of the object or creature they wish to 'yoink'.
The caster must be physically capable of lifting the object or creatures weight for the spell to effect it.
If the object/creature is being worn or carried a successful Strength Saving throw must be made by the target to hold on to the object/creature.
If the target is a creature, it must make a Wisdom saving throw to not be yoinked. It can willingly fail this save.
While you do not need to see your target, you must know what it is, what it looks like and where it is.
If you are unable to carry the weight or the spell is saved against, the spell slot is still used.
When cast at a higher level either the range can increase by 40FT. or the number of targets can increase by one(1) per level of spell slot used.
At second level you can increase the spells range to 120FT. or Target an additional object(total of two).
