Blessing of the Air Elementals

When this spell is cast, a pair of wings which resemble those of the bird feather used will sprout from the targets back and their feet will become talons. The target will gain a flying speed of 120 feet and can dive down onto an enemy, which must make a DC15 dexterity saving throw, taking 2d6 slashing damage on a failure and half as much on a success. While under the effects of the spell, the target can carry another creature of its size or smaller as long as the combined weight does not over-encumber the target. When the spell is dispelled, the target will return to normal over the next minute.
