You turn your gaze into a painful and weakening force. Each creature within a 40 ft. cone that you can see that you choose must make a Charisma saving throw or take 9d10 psychic damage and any attack rolls, ability checks, or saving throws made while weakened by this spell are reduced by 1d6. On a success the creature takes half damage and does not reduce their attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws by 1d6.
