You summon an electrified field of energy that covers a 5 foot wide , 15 foot long, and 10 foot high area. You and any allies who pass through this barrier gain an additional 30 feet of movement until the end of their current turn. This movement does not change your base movement speed and is not doubled by the haste spell. Additionally, any projectiles shot through the energy field by you or an ally have their range doubled and deal an additional 1d4 force damage.
Any enemy who pass through the barrier must make a Constitution saving throw or lose 20 feet of movement on a failure or lose 10 feet of movement on a success. This loss of movement speed only affects the creature's current turn. If an enemy is pushed through the barrier but it is not their turn, they still make the save and have the movement of their next turn become affected. Any enemy projectiles that pass through the barrier have their range halved and reduces the damage they deal by 1d4.
As a bonus action, you can teleport this barrier up to 20 feet, changing its orientation as you do so if you would like.
At Higher Levels: For each level you cast this spell above 3rd, you increase the movement speed bonus for allies by an additional 5 feet per level.
