Web Storm

You unleash a swirling storm of webs in a cone-shaped area. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d8 bludgeoning damage and is restrained by the webbing until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't restrainedrestrained. Additionally, the area becomes difficult terrain until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
