As a bonus action you imbue your webbing with toxic venom. Until the spell ends, once on each of your turns you can make a ranged spell attack with a range of 60 feet. On a hit, the target takes 5d8 poison damage and must make a Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of its next turn, taking additional poison damage equal to your spellcasting ability modifier at the start of each of its turns.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th.
