Web of Agony

You create a massive web that engulfs a targeted area. Each creature in a 20-foot radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 8d10 necrotic damage and becomes restrained by the webbing until the spell ends. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't restrainedrestrained. A restrainedrestrained creature can make a Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
