You scoff at another creature’s attempt to affect the emotions or opinions of those around you. As a reaction to someone making a Persuasion, Deception, Intimidation, or Performance Check you can choose to either lower or raise the results of the Check by 2.  

If cast at higher levels, the check lowers or raises by 1 per additional spell level.
