Arcana Spell Creation

A spell that after 1 hour of constant casting allows the creation of a new spell. 

By expending spell slots you can try to make a new spell. You must expend at least 5 spell slots to try to cast this spell. 

The more spell slots used, the more likely that the spell will be created. The spell's level depends on what level the spell scroll used is.

When Arcane Spell Creation fails or succeeds you take 3d8 necrotic damage 

If the spell fails, Your Wisdom and intelligence Scores become 10 for 1d4 + 1 days.
