Conflagratory dialogue

The caster glares towards the target of this spell (sight not actually a component) then initiates a psychic link between the two. The caster begins to hurl elegantly woven curses in a dramatic dialogue as the target is forced into overly dramatic poses and short discontented pleading retorts (Note that the languages of all involved in the spell need not hinder the spell), flames begin to surround both subjects in their minds like curtains of fire. The target must roll a wisdom saving throw against the casters spell save DC or be completely taken in by the inflammatory cursing and rising torrent of flames around them, ignoring all other outside stimuli. On subsequent turns the target may re roll the saving throw. 

While the target is bound the caster as a bonus action may cause the flames to catch an burn the target in their mind, roll a 1d4

1: Target panics and runs in a random direction (use another 1d8) 

1- North/ 2- North east/ 3- East/ 4-South east/ 5-South/ 6-South west/ 7- West/ 8-North west

2: Target falls prone while screaming and is incapacitated for one turn

3: Target chases after it's closest ally begging for aid, that creature may expend an action to aid its ally and give advantage on the next saving throw for this spell to end.

4: Target does damage to itself trying to put out the flames, the target rolls a 1d4
