Vortex Strike

You brandish the weapon used in the spell's casting and then vanish to strike through dimensions. Choose up to 5 creatures you see within 30ft of you. Make a melee attack against each target with the weapon used in the spell's casting. On a hit, a target takes the weapon's attack as normal + 5d10 force damage.

You can teleport then to an unoccupied space you see within 5ft of one of the targets you hit or missed.
