Damage/Effect

You touch and transmute the weapon used in the spell's casting. Until the spell ends, the weapon ignores the Loading property if it has it. If you don't load ammunition into the weapon, it produces its own, automatically creating one piece of magic ammunition when you make a ranged attack, which does an extra 2d6 force damage on a hit.

The ammunition created by the weapon vanishes immediately after it hits or misses or when the spell ends. If the weapon leaves your possession, the spell ends.

When you make a ranged attack with the weapon using a piece of magical ammunition created by the weapon, you can enchant the piece of ammunition as part of the attack, giving it one of the following effects:

  • Disintegration: A creature hit by the magical ammunition takes an extra 4d6 force damage. If this damage reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it disintegrates.
  • Displacement: A creature hit by the magical ammunition makes a Charisma save or is teleported to an empty space you see within 30ft of its current location.
  • Enthrallment. A creature hit by the ammunition makes a Wisdom save and does so with advantage if you or your allies are fighting it. If it fails the save, it's charmed by you until the spell ends or until you or your allies harm it. The charmed creature acts under the Charmed condition and knows the effect after the spell ends.
  • Vaccum. A creature hit by the ammunition and all creature within 30ft of it make a Constitution save. They take 4d6 thunder damage on a failure and are deafened until the spell ends. On a success, they half the damage and aren't deafened. Deafened creatures can repeat the save at the end of each turn, ending the effect on a success.
