Alter Cosmetics

A custom spell crafted by an Eladrin warlock for her own use. Accustomed to finer living at home, she spent years crafting a spell to give her greater control over the visual appearance of her Eladrin traits, cosmetic use, and to allow her to stay clean and smelling nice when on the road. This spell can be cast at will and the effects are instant. It is not necessary for the material components to be in hand, merely on your person or in the immediate vicinity. Can only be cast on yourself. This spell is not a substitute for Disguise Self, Alter Self, or similar spells, and gives no inherent bonuses to skill checks as a consequence of certain visual changes, unless determined otherwise by your DM. When you cast the spell, choose one of the following options. 

Change Cosmetics. You alter a number of specific physical traits and cosmetic appearances. You cannot change form, shape, size, or function of any part of your body except for your hair. You can modify your hair length, style, shape, coloration, eye color, iris size, makeup, and the shape, size, location if applicable, and coloration of any artificial body modifications such as painted nails, tattoos, or body markings. You have complete control over every aspect of this spell, and can alter any choices or revert any changes. Use of the spell in this fashion consumes a drop of water and quarter ounce of ash or a single flower petal, or the use of a focus. The spell cannot be dispelled except by will of the caster, as the effects are permanent until removed or changed by the caster or physically altered, such as cutting hair or applying new makeup normally. 

Bathe. You magically bathe yourself. The effect is as though you took a quick bath, washing away natural dirt, grime, and oils from your body, including your hair. This has no effect on clothes or equipment on your person. This spell cannot dispel magical effects of any spells which applied any of the above to your body, such as Infestation, but can remove the physical presence and appearance of such spells after their effect has ended. Use of the spell in this fashion requires 2 ounces of water, after which the water is dirty. Clean water is required to use the spell in this way. You can also consume either a flower petal, ounce of soap or other scented material in the casting of this spell, in addition to the water, to apply that scent to yourself. The cleanliness and scent of this application of the spell last for 24 hours before natural activity gradually wears them away.
