A friendly creature you touch and is below half hit points is regains hit points equal to 1d2 + your spellcasting ability modifier, up to the point where that character would be at their half hit point total. In addition any wound or bleed effects that creature is currently effected by is removed.

Make a melee spell attack role against an enemy creature. On a hit that creature takes 1d2 + your spellcasting ability modifier fire damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level of higher, the the healing (max of half hit points still applies) or damage increased by 1d2 for each spell slot level above the 1st.
