Agonizing Remorse

You fill the target full of remorse at the bare thought of hurting you. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw, on a failed save the remorse leaches into the target's psyche and will now take 2d6 psychic damage whenever it tries to make an attack action against you or targets you with a spell. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
