All seeing eyes

You magically enhance your eyes and focus on a target which must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or you can predict their movements. For the duration attacks against you have disadvantage and the target can't benefit from invisibility. 

Additionaly,your sight allows you to observe details beyond your normal capabilities (no saving throw required). You can

  1)read the target lips and understand what they are saying,provided that you share the language.     2)if the target is casting a spell you know, you can identify the spell and its effects.                                  3) the target has disadvantage to Stealth and sleight of hand checks against you.
