Only bards or warlocks can cast this spell. This spell is fairly complicated, and is fairly difficult to master. To cast the spell, the caster must have at least one free hand. However, if a bard is casting the spell and both hands are occupied with playing an instrument, the spell can still be used. To cast the spell, the caster must either point at the sky or play a chord on their instrument and say the incantation simultaneously. (Bards playing wind instruments cannot cast this spell.) The caster can then choose one of two options:
1. A fast moving, wave of air radiates outward from the caster, pushing anything within 10 ft of the caster to the 10 ft border. This includes anything under 120 lbs in weight that is not anchored. The spell is immediately over after the objects have been pushed away.
2. The caster, using winds, can lift any object within their sight and bring it to themselves. This spell cannot lift anything heavier than 5 lbs. This spell does not work if the object is underwater or submerged in any way. This spell also does not work if the object has been enchanted in any way to keep it stable.
