You perform a hypnotic flourish of artistry, causing each creature within 30 feet of you that can see or hear you to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it must use its reaction to take the Dash action and move as close as its can to you, by the safest available route.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the range of your influence increases by 15 feet for every slot above 2nd.
