Black Cat's Curse {Hi~Jinx}

Your eyes become golden and slitted, and glitter with mischief. You lock your cat eye gaze upon your target and utter a cursing word.

When you look at a creature within a 30ft range that you can see, you cause them an aspect of misfortune and a curse upon them as a result. The target needs to make an Intelligence saving throw, and on a fail -  The targets next roll, whether it be made as a attack, skill, or saving throw, is rolled at disadvantage.

This spell was created and taught by Baba Yaga, to novice witches and warlocks that became her apprentices. One such apprentice, the Magnificent Mage; Clayton the Clairvoyant, fancied this spell and used it to ensure many hi-jinx ensued.
