Web Thwip

A sturdy yet flexible string of web 'thwips' from your hand. When you cast this spell, you can chose from one of two options. One, hold onto the string while it will continue to fly out until it hits a surface at which point you will be able to use it like a rope or grappling hook and swing from place to place. This string can also attach to creatures, and can support their weight so long as you can carry them. The other option is to not grab onto the web, at which point it will turn from a stream into more of a glob of web and enough of these globs can stick someone to a surface. These globs can be used for various things, such as clogging a fan, disarming someone by using the force at which the glob flies to stick someone's hand to a wall, or simply temporarily blinding someone by shooting the web glob in their face.
