Anneal, Temper, and Quench

Using the powdered gems as a binding agent, you are able to capture and infuse an object with a spell. The spell is considered active on this object until Dispel Magic is cast upon it. Only spells that have a duration longer than Instant may be infused. 

You must have another spellcaster place the spell into the object while you cast this spell in tandem. The cost of the material components goes up by 2000 gold for every additional spell level captured above 1st.
