This spell instantly transports an object (or multiple physically bundled objects) of 1 square foot of total volume, any shape, from a plant at least 10 times the size of the object towards another plant of at least that size. The object will appear on a safe spot next to the plant (if available).
The plant you choose must be known to you, and it must be on the same plane of existence as you. Your familiarity with the plant determines whether the object arrives successfully. The GM rolls d100 and consults the table. You are not aware of the outcome.

Familiarity.
- "You carry a leaf, twig, root or ashes from this plant." means a you carry a physical part of the destination plant with you when casting the spell.
"Unique plant": if the destination is a one-of-a kind plant in the plane of existence (by size, species or enchantment) you are familiar with. - "You have seen and memorized the plant." is a destination plant you have carefully studied, or a plant you can see when you cast the spell.
- "Seen casually" is a plant you have seen more than once but with which you aren't very familiar. "Viewed once" is a plant you have seen once, possibly using magic.
- "Based on Description" is a plant whose location and appearance you know through someone else's detailed description, drawing and you are at least familiar with where it's general location is.
- "False destination" is a plant that doesn't exist. Perhaps you viewed an illusion, or you are attempting to teleport something to a familiar plant that no longer exists.
On Target. The object appears where you want to.
Off Target. The object appears from a large enough plant a random distance away from the destination in a random direction. Distance off target is 1d4 × 1d4 percent of the distance that was to be teleported. For example, if you tried to teleport 120 miles, landed off target, and rolled a 3 and 2 on the two d4s, then you would be off target by 6 percent, or 7.2 miles. The GM determines the direction off target randomly by rolling a d8 and designating 1 as north, 2 as northeast, 3 as east, and so on around the points of the compass.
Similar Area. The object appears out of a random plant of similar species and size anywhere on the plane.
Mishap. The spell's unpredictable magic results in a difficult journey. The object takes 3d10 force damage, and the GM rerolls on the table to see where you wind up (multiple mishaps can occur, dealing damage each time).
