"I held respect for you. I revered you as the worthy guardian of all that is arcane. But now, I have achieved enlightenment through the Weave, and I now see that I was fooled. You do not deserve the power you hold, and leaving it in a body as frail and vulnerable as yours condemns the entire Reach to untold amounts of danger. I am strong in both body and mind. I'm sorry, my friend. But for the sake of the Weave, I must take your place."
You produce an extra eye in your head, glowing bright with divine power. Until the spell ends, you gain 120ft. of Truesight, 120ft. of Blindsight, and you can see and identify the auras of magic for up to 30 feet. You can cast Identify at will.
As an action, you can attempt to gain cosmic insight on a creature you can see within 120ft. of you. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the creature is also revealed to your third eye, allowing you to gain insight into this creature's power. You learn one of the things of your choosing; the creature's spell list, the creatures hitpoint maximum, the creature's alignment, a randomly picked passive ability of the creature, a randomly picked active ability of the creature, three of the creature's ability proficiencies, two of the creature's saving throw proficiencies, every object the creature currently carries on them, or any effects the creature is currently under. At DM discretion, you could learn something else of equal value with this spell. If the target fails this save, they are unaware they were targeted by this effect. If the target succeeds, they immediately know their mind was being infiltrated and they learn your current direction from where they are, as they sense the cosmic pull towards you.
