Write Contract

Write a contract with any wording you choose. Specify at least one negative consequence that will affect any participants of the spell who break the contract. Specify the time limit of the spell, if applicable. The negative consequence cannot involve death unless cast with a 4th tier spell slot. The spell does not come into effect unless each participant signs their name or applies their own blood to the paper. The participant does not need to know or understand the actual contents of the paper, and any form of editing or obscuring the writing temporarily will not affect the contract in any way. If the contract is destroyed, it reappears in the caster's hand.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4 or higher, the chosen negative consequence can now be death, of any specification.
