You touch a willing creature, granting it the ability to walk on air as if it were solid ground. For the duration, the target gains the following benefits:
-
The target can move along vertical surfaces or even upside down along ceilings, leaving its hands free. The target can move in this way at its normal speed, unaffected by difficult terrain caused by being in the air.
-
The target has advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks made to balance while walking on narrow or uneven surfaces in the air.
-
The target can use its action to levitate in place or descend at a rate of 60 feet per round. It does not require concentration to maintain this levitation.
However, the target must end each of its turns on a solid surface. If the spell ends and the target is still in midair, it falls as if it were subject to the effects of the feather fall spell.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the duration increases by 1 hour for each slot level above 4th.
