Usable only twice during a single combat encounter.

Deals no damage. Light is considered “Radiant” and is either a blinding white or the color of the current word or dimensions primary natural lighting.

Raise a finger, arm, antennae, or equivalent and perform a swift tapping motion. An incredibly brief, and intense, light appears in the space you “tapped”. The light extends 10 units from your location before losing effectiveness. All entities in range, including allies, that have not received an audio or visual warning beforehand will have to roll to prevent being affected, and if the environment is currently considered “dark” Debuff Effects gains +1 to its minimum saving throw and any creatures naturally visually sensitive to light or Sunlight have their current actions interrupted briefly.

If the world or dimension you are currently in has a “Sun” then this light counts as “Sunlight” but is not persistent enough to trigger any effects caused by exposure to Sunlight, except for those which instantly and immediately take effect during the flash. Otherwise the created light is considered magical, but not Sunlight.
