The caster touches a willing creature within range and that creature turns into an aberration of cr 4 or lower for the duration. During this there stats are exactly like the aberrations stats except for alignment. When they revert to normal form the creature has its hit points when it took the aberration form and  at the end of the duration they revert back to normal.
