Clown Car

When a creature casts a spell or uses a spell like effect to teleport, you can use your reaction to instantly follow the creature to their end destination.

You attempt to follow a creature in the process of casting a spell to teleport. If the creature is casting a spell of 3rd level or lower, you are able to follow them through the teleport. If it is casting a spell of 4th level or higher, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, you are able to follow them through the teleport.

If the target creature is using a spell like ability, a spell slot of 5th level or higher is required and automatically passes.

If there is no space within 10 feet of the creature to end up where you are not with in an objects space. You are shunted out to the next available space and take 4D10 force damage.
