Bear Hug

A large bear of your choosing is summoned behind your target (medium or smaller) and wraps them in a massive bear hug. 

the target creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw or take 2d8 bludgeoning damage and be restrained by the bear until the spell ends. A creature that is already restrained by the bear takes 2d8 bludgeoning damage.

A creature restrained by the bear can use its action to make a Strength check (its choice) against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself.

While concentrating on the spell, you can spend a bonus action to have the bear attempt to restrain a creature again. The bear can only restrain one creature at a time.

At Higher Levels: The size of the bear you conjure increases to Large at the 5th level, Huge at the 7th level, and Gargantuan at 9th level. Additionally, the spell gains 3d8 damage at each size increase.
