Arctic Love

Arctic Love is a spell of unparalleled power, harnessing the essence of frigid devotion and affection. As you cast this spell, a brilliant, heart-shaped aura of icy light surrounds you, spreading warmth and comfort in the coldest of places.

For the duration of the spell, you become a beacon of arctic love and compassion. The following effects take place within the spell's radius:

• Cold Embrace: Friendly creatures and allies who start their turn within the radius gain temporary hit points equal to your level.

• Winter's Resilience: Creatures of your choice within the radius gain immunity to cold damage and resistance to fire damage.

• Thawing Warmth: Any hostile creature that enters the radius or starts its turn there must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is frozen in place, restrained by the overwhelming emotions of arctic love. On its turn, the restrained creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the restraint on a success. Creatures immune to being charmed are unaffected.

• Glacial Tendrils: As an action on subsequent turns, you can conjure glacial tendrils to lash out at hostile creatures within the spell's radius. Make a melee spell attack for each creature targeted, dealing 10d10 cold damage on a hit. Additionally, the target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be restrained by icy bonds. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, breaking free on a success.

• Chilling Touch: As a bonus action, you can channel the power of Arctic Love to heal yourself or an ally within the radius. The target regains hit points equal to 5d10 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 11th level or higher, the damage of the Glacial Tendrils increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 10th.
