Bone Surge

You call forth the bones of the dead from below the earth. Three bone spikes dripping with a deathly substance on their tip come from the ground, stabbing forth, each spike may be directed individually, and they all hit simultaneously. Each spike does 1d4 piercing damage and 1d4 necrotic damage.

At Higher Levels. Each spell slot above 2nd used in casting, add an extra bone spike.
