Command Evil v1.0

(SAVE WIS 18) While you are attuned to the book and holding it, you can use an action to cast the dominante spell on an evil target. Each time the target takes damage, it makes a new Wisdom saving throw against the spell. If the saving throw succeeds, the spell ends, you can't use this property again until the next dawn.
