Description:
You create a vortex of gravitational force in a 40-foot radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Each creature in that area must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d6 force damage and is pulled 20 feet toward the center of the sphere. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't pulled.
Creatures that start their turn in the area must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, they take 6d10 force damage and are pulled 20 feet toward the center of the sphere. On a successful save, they take half damage and aren't pulled.
Black Hole's Center Effect:
If a creature fails a Strength saving throw and is pulled into the center of the Black Hole, it is affected as if by the spell 'Banishment' for the remaining duration of the spell.
