Comet

A bright streak flashes from the heavens toward a point you choose within range and then blossoms with a loud roar into an explosion of cosmic fury. Each creature in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 12d8 radiant or force damage (your choice) on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Aberrations make this save with disadvantage.

This spell can only be used outdoors.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher; the radius of the comet is doubled, and the damage increases by 2d8 for each slot level.
