A bolt of green energy streaks from the bfg at a point you can see within range. Everything within 60ft radius of that point must make a DC 20 con save or take 13d8 radiant damage and is frightened for 1 minute. It may make the save again at the end of each of its turns. Half damage on a save. All magical darkness is dispelled in the effected area
